My cousin, Paula, was using my China Glaze nail polish which dries matte. She absolutely loved how it dried. So I did a little research on how to get a matte finish even with a glossy nail polish.
I bring to you Essie's matte finished for Fall 2009. Take any nail color from your collection and instead of a top coat, brush this on, and voila...matte finish!
